I may consider couples but rent will be $1700–> Utilities include: Internet, gas/electricity, water/sewer and Trash –> Furniture: Room is currently unfurnished but I can arrange for basic furniture if requested in 7-10 days –> Laundry: In house –> Parking: Plenty of spaces outside –> No Smoking / No Pets / No drugs /No 420 /No stay overs/ No Parties –> Neighborhood: Rancho Penasquitos / Carmel Mountain Ranch –> Close by: Rancho Bernado / Black Mountain / Torrey Hills / Carmel Valley –> Shopping/Restaurants: 2-5 mins drive to Ralphs, Trader Joe’s, Stater Bros, Costco, Best Buy, Sears, USPS, Ross, Marshalls, etc. –> Note: Must be serious about COVID rules and practice social distancing, wearking masks, etc. when going outside and practice hygine while in the house.
