The townhouse is 3/3 so everyone gets their own bathroom. There are currently 2 rooms available. I live in the third room.

The living room is completely furnished and the kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and dishes.

The area is quiet and is close to the mall and located within 10 minutes of butler plaza.

There is a bus stop right in front of the complex.

The complex has two swimming pools, a tennis court, a basketball court, and a beach volleyball court.

There is an onsite washer and dryer.

Rent is 675$ but that includes internet and utilities. Payment is only through venmo so that it is instant and both of us have receipts.

My name is Teresa, I am 25 years old and I own the property. I work full time at the UF veterinary hospital and am a part-time student. I have a cat that roams the house. So any animals introduced must be cat friendly and clean. I keep the common areas VERY clean and expect any roommates to do the same. (such as cleaning the counters after using the kitchen or washing dishes as soon as using them)

I love animals, video games, cooking, and working out.
