Heat/AC, High speed Internet, Creative living room space for painting or just hanging out watching Netflix, washer/dryer room, fenced backyard with garden – fruit, veggies and flowers. We have a small old and very sweet dog buddy who would be open to seeing if your dog could be a friend. Unfortunately we are VERY allergic to cats and birds. The location:We are in the Ogden neighborhood off Thurston by the Vancouver Mall. For drivers it is right on the 205 or SR500 on ramps. Location is PERFECT for someone who walks or uses public transportation – located on the Vine & a block away from the Van Mall transit center. When: The room is available to rent starting July 6, 2020. We are happy to meet with you and have you come see the room IF you are safe from Covid-19. We have an Immune Compromised family member so you must wear a mask, stay 6 feet away when looking around and be ready to answer some questions regarding your possible contact before being allowed to our home.
