Looking for one person to fill a large bright private room. The room is 22x11 with hardwood floors and a balcony that faces towards the sunset. Perfect opportunity for someone who wants work/outdoor/recreation space in addition to their bedroom.

Hoping to find someone who wants a friendly, clean, welcoming home environment. Maybe someone who is down to be social when that works (i.e. have a few drinks around the house from time to time) and respectful of people’s need for privacy/down-time as well. Hoping to find people who would appreciate the extra space and amenities the house provides.

The house is one block from everything: UCSF, Irving Street, Golden Gate Park, and Muni and Buses. The property is 3 stories and features a big backyard, excellent kitchen, in-house washer and dryer, a designated office space, loads of shared space, as well as a deck or balcony on each floor. There is also parking and storage space in the garage/basement, and quiet carpeted stairs between each floor. The house is furnished but there’s plenty of room to put your own personal touch on the place with the furniture/accessories you’d like to add to the environment.

House is currently occupied by 3 male professionals in their late 20s and early 30s.

$2050/month for this large room (plus shared utilities) and $2050 security deposit. Parking options also available, as well as options to hire a cleaner once a month. 6-month lease preferred with 30-day notice to renew lease.
