We have a spacious two bedroom apartment near CSUN. Looking to rent a room to one person for $1240.11 or two people to share for $620.11 per person. The apartment is sunny with spacious bedrooms. The complex has a pool, jacuzzi, and laundry rooms. The building is pet friendly, although there is a separate initial pet fee. Utilities and wifi are paid separately. I am a college student studying film and acting, and my sister is studying public health. We have a small, quiet, older dog, who lives with us, and he gets along with everyone! We are chill people, and like to keep the common spaces clean. I am moving out of the space (with the dog) in the next couple of months, and i’m open to discussing move in dates.
