Craft Avenue

Hello, This is a two-bedroom apartment located in the Oakland neighborhood right behind Magee Women’s Hospital. The room has a walk in closet, and a amazing view of Downtown. There is plenty of room for you to work on stuff. Also there is a dresser and full length mirror in the room for you, that you can use if you want. The apartment is on the fourth floor so it has a amazing view. There are many stores, and restaurants close by. The area is lively but honestly not too loud. I personally love the area, it has so much to offer. Oakland is close to so much (including Shayside, East Liberty, Squirrel Hill, and more) so getting all over Pittsburgh won’t be too much of a problem. You will have to sign the 12 months lease. The only two bills are electric and internet. We will be splitting the bills in half. No pets allowed sadly. I would also love to have a video call at some point so we can get to talk one on one to get to know each other. I’m more then willing to give a virtual tour and possibly a tour in person if proper safely steps are taken (like wearing masks). If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. Hello, I’m Jesse, I’m 19 and I’m Pansexual. I’m an multi-media artist so I work with many fields. I’m also a cosplayer, geek, and all around dork. I love gaming, art, reading, learning, listening to music, alternative fashion, and more. I’m currently learning photography on my own. I’m a pretty adaptive person, also for the most part I’m pretty laid back but I love connecting with people. I’m always trying to mindful, understanding, and respectful to other’s comforts and boundaries. I always try to keep the apartment as clean as possible, but I’m not going to give you a hard time about it as long as it isn’t too bad. My personal idle roommate is someone who I can get along with for the most part, of course willing to pay bills and rent is a must, but over all someone who is respectful and understanding to what is needed for us as roommates. As roommates I’m perfectly okay with working around and with what you need from me. I don’t have a problem with any sexuality, race, region, or gender identity. I just prefer female because of my past, but I’m willing to work around that. I want nothing more then to make this as comfortable for both of us as possible :).
