Hi!

I have a bedroom for Rent in a 2B/2B apartment south of Willow Glen. Rent is $1150. Utilities like water/trash, PG&E, and internet will be split 50-50.

You will have your own bedroom, bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The apartment is spacious, clean, has AC, dishwasher, microwave, and a washer & dryer in the unit. The bedrooms don’t share a wall and are on opposite sides of the apartment, so you get a lot of privacy. The community has your standard amenities, gated access, swimming pool, fitness center, ect. You will have a community parking pass, and are welcome to an assigned parking spot if you want to pay extra.

I have leased this apartment until September 2021. Of course, you don’t have to stay the whole time, but I prefer someone who is planning to stay at least 6 months. As of now, the deposit is paid for, but depending on your credit and background check, the leasing office may require an additional deposit from you.

A little about me: I am a single female in my 30s. I work in healthcare Mon-Fri. I do elective cosmetic procedures so I am not exposed to sick patients. Im quiet, clean, drug free, don’t party hard, but do enjoy a nice glass of wine on occasion. I’m a light cooker and like to meal prep on the weekend. I tend to sleep fairly early. Generally I’m in bed by 10 or 11pm and wake up by 7am. I do have 2 cats, so you must be cat friendly. Please no additional pets.

You: Are a professional working individual, with a steady job, income, and good credit. Cleanliness is a must.

Please no smoking (of any kind), drugs, heavy drinkers/partiers, or loud music. Overnight guests are ok if agreed upon in advance. Please no live-in boyfriends or girlfriends. Single occupancy only!!!!
