22nd Street Northwest

This spacious place is located at 22nd and O street in DuPont right near a bunch of restaurants on P and about a five minute walk to to the metro and Connecticut Avenue and about eight minute walk to Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods. It’s around $1600 a month including utilities, pretty awesome space with a private bedroom and bathroom, shared living room, kitchen, and surprisingly large back deck.

Hey there! I’m a Web experience designer originally hailing from North Carolina with a background in writing and digital art. I moved here with a buddy from college and we’ve lived in this apartment for two years. We’ve loved our time here but, unfortunately, he’s moving to Navy Yard to be closer to his girlfriend and I’d like to stay in the same space due to it’s close proximity to my office.

I’m very clean, laid back, and enjoy the occasional drink or so with friends on the weekends. Other than that, I enjoy fishing, hiking, hanging out and watching Netflix. I’m open-minded, very friendly, and willing to answer any questions that you may have.
