Hi! My name’s Michelle and I’m looking for a roommate for my awesome 2 bedroom, 1 bath house near downtown Santa Rosa. It’s available June 1 and I’m looking to find someone for July move-in at latest.

Here are the details: It’s an awesome place, spacious, near downtown and hwys 12 and 101. The room is large and has a big closet and built-in storage. The house has a garden including planters with veggies and things, a great little private outdoor backyard patio area, and both the house and garage have a ton of storage space. There’s a washer and dryer in the house.

The room is $1,100 a month on a month-to-month lease and available now, and looking for someone to move in by July. $1,100 first months rent and $1,500 deposit required for move in.

I’m 30 years old and enjoy spending time with family and friends, relaxing at home, music, Giants baseball, and baking from time to time. I work full time Monday-Friday and bring my dog to work with me. I’m currently working from home. I’m pretty neat and clean, and would like a roommate who’s similar in that respect. I’m also pretty quiet in the house typically, just watching tv and relaxing in the evenings or listening to music and relaxing on the weekends between fun with friends and such.
