• The townhouse is 1917 sqft and has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are available for rent.
• Room 1 (master bedroom): $775 + utility (split between three folks), you have a very spacious bedroom with a huge walk-in closet and your own bathroom. The room is furnished: bed, writing table, and a dresser (The room has never been rented before).
• Room 2 (guest bedroom): $650 + utility (split between three folks). Unfurnished.

The Location:

• In a convenient Newark location near shopping, dining and I-95.
• 8 min drive to the University of Delaware, 15 mins to Wilmington, 30 mins to Philly, 2 hours to NJ, NY, and DC.
• 1-3 min drive to grocery stores.
• 10 min drive to Christiana mall.

One person per room only. No pets, no smoking, no guests. Background and credit check required. I am looking for a working professional or student/faculty with proven income.
