Lindsay's room

We live in a beautiful complex close to downtown in a renovated top floor corner unit. Amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, heated pool, spa, gym, games/common room, plenty of parking, and well-kept grounds with lots of trees and grass. The room (unfurnished, dresser for sale) has a two-door closet and is bright and airy with windows overlooking a park area as well as the pool. The room is private with close access to the shared bathroom with Jade. Rent is month to month with preferred term 3+ months.
