Two young professional WOMEN, seeking a third women roommate. Our home is charming and located in the quiet and safe neighborhood of Glenbrook. We are looking for a roommate to occupy one of the rooms in the three bedroom home. Rent is $950.00 + utilities per person and housekeeping fees. Utilities range from $70 - $120 per month.

Term: This is a short-term 6-month lease, with a $950.00 security deposit due upon moving in. The security deposit is returned at the end of the lease, but is not be used as the last month’s rent.

Location: The location is great. Close to Beach, Town, I-95 Ramp; Darien Border. Two (2) minute drive to Exit 9 on I-95, five (5) minute drive to downtown Stamford with restaurants within easy walking distance as well and a ten(10) minute walk to Cove Beach. Amenities: House is roomy. The first floor has three bedrooms, a full bath, kitchen, mudroom, dining room, a large living room, and a deck that opens to a beautiful backyard. Washer and dryer are located in the basement with storage space. Shared driveway is welcome to be used with plenty of street parking; parking has never been an issue. Additionally, the house contains furniture in the common areas (i.e., living room, dining room, and kitchen).

We are respectful of each other, get along well, and enjoy keeping our shared space clean. A good fit would be someone easy going, friendly, and comfortable sharing living space.
