Great location, furnished room, semi-private bath- share shower only in full bath. Rent includes internet, kitchen privileges, utilities. Utilities are included unless you are the kind of person that seems to run them up- but this can be talked about before hand. Definitely no drugs, no smoking, no alcohol, no guests, no pets. Interior is smoke-free house. Follow ALL CDC COVID-19, L.A County Dept of Health recommendations and California State mandates. You must show proof of vaccine and a negative COVID-19 test within three days of move in. Street parking. Please be quiet, neat, clean and be a keep-to-self kind of person, who just needs a place to sleep, to study maybe, but mostly not home. Will not accept a work from home professional. Please be a professional with interests outside of the home. It’s not that I don’t want someone here-It just works best in a roommate situation where you have a full life and this is just where you rest and recoup from the busy outside world. Please be quiet, responsible and respectful of privacy at all times. As will roommate. Ample storage for one furnished bedroom with shelving and storage drawers, large closet with shelves and bathroom vanity drawers. If you have a mountain bike- trails here are great-mild and agressive. Preference is Females only please, NO DRAMA. Ample shopping less than 1/4 mile- walking distance. Short drive to Malibu Zuma Beach or Cross-creek Country Mart Shopping. Gazillion hiking and biking trails. Short term stay will be considered with full disclosure of circumstances. Short time stay:3-4 month stay must be paid in full- slightly negotiable.$125 of deposit is a non-refundable cleaning fee.

Townhouse with just one other occupant. The very super super rare friend overnight- don’t let friends drive home late at night. But really- super rare. Occupant is over 30, works full time. Prefer everything neat, organized and clean. With two people it shouldn’t be difficult to clean up and maintain a clean neat place. No drama, super quiet and will respect your privacy at all times. When you look through the room picks- you will see one pic with the shelves completely filled up. That’s just to show how much stuff fits in there. The other pics show the shelves as they are now- empty clean and dust free. I’ll add another picture of the empty closet with two long shelves above the clothes rod-once the room is not rented.
