Looking to rent to a responsible working individual. Quiet home, safe quiet small neighborhood. Great location with several stores, Automotive, doctors, dentists, Health Club, groceries and more nearby. Highway 75, 5 minutes away.
We are located just down the road from McKinney, Van Alstyne, Allen and Sherman. 30 minutes to North East Plano and Richardson, 35-40 minutes to Frisco.
Minimum stay is 3 months. Two month notice is required. Long-term stay is welcome. Have great references from prior renters. If you’re looking for a quiet peaceful home to rent in, look no further.

There is a $500 deposit which covers you in case there are damages to the premises, late fees if they apply and given a two-month notice. Once you move if there are no damages, late fees and 2 month notice has been given oh, your deposit will be returned.
About the roomies
In my two-story newer 2400sq ft home we are pretty quiet. We all keep different hours. We are really respectful of one another.
