A Private room along with another “flex” room will be provided that can be used for either a home office or storage. This is a recent build and will include your own garage space, private bathroom and closet. It is located in a prime location, within walking distance of coffee shops, movie theaters, hiking trails restaurants and more! It is also in close proximity of I-25 and public transportation.
Lease Details: The length of the lease would be for 12 months and can be extended if need be.
General Details: Rent is $1000.00 plus Utilities. Utilities cost $175.00 and include the following:

Move in Details:
