Bedroom and private full bath for rent in a 3 bedroom townhouse in Morristown. Rent is $1192 (plus utilities), and move in is August 1st. You will have the whole first floor to yourself! There is also a balcony directly off the bedroom. We are just a short walk to the bars, restaurants, the green, and only a 7 minute walk to the train station!

The townhouse is very spacious, with a large living room, kitchen, and half bath on the main floor; and then the other two bedrooms and a full bath on the third floor. Additionally, there is a basement with room for storage. The townhouse has a washer and dryer, central air, a dishwasher, and garage-though you will park your car on the street (which is never a problem!).

A little about us: we are two professionals (one male and one female) in our early 30s who are very low key and typically do not have a lot of people at the house. We have an extremely well behaved, and very quiet yellow lab. We are looking for someone who is responsible, clean, respectful, and low key.
