Hey there! Hope you’re safe and well during these wild times. First off, the house and area is huge for LA, nice well kept front yard and a hammock and bckyard with a backhouse and lots of space for storage. Big driveway with BBQ pit and lot of space. At one point I was using the backhouse to create my collage work in, but decided to move on. Located in South LA it’s right off the 110 and not a far drive (usually 30min-hr commute) 10-15min to downtown. Most of the neighbors are families or USC students on the block. Taco and ice cream trucks o plenty! House has laundry, fridge, all of the necessities. Corner store, pizza place, lots of restaurants nearby. Bonus points! There’s also an orange tree in the backyard so that’s always a plus. It’s a good, unheard of for LA cheap, place for a traveler who just wants a crash pad in LA (like myself) or someone wanting to save money during quarantine/covid. Security wise, the house is surrounded by big walls that are always locked with a security camera out front. I never had any issues.

The bedroom is a private bedroom with a closet and a window, hard wood floors, and plenty of space.

It’s a big house perfect for someone in their 20s. Everyone works in film/arts and pretty much keeps to themselves and have been practicing social distancing/etc. 420 friendly, LGBTQ+ and POC friendly!
