The apartment is on the first floor with easey access, and it includes a washer and dryer in the building, a dish washer, central heating and cooling, food pantry, private patio, garden space, roof access with a great view, and big windows with lots of light. the only utilities we pay are internet and electricity.

my roommates are moving out for their own journey. I am in the basement, and seeking 2 new roommates for the space above. one bedroom has a door to the patio at $1150, the other has big beautiful windows on 2 walls and more indoor space at $1200. there is also plenty of space for people to stretch out!

I am a friendly laid back kind of guy, who is down for a couple chill parties. I am an artist, and a nerd who loves to play mario kart and smash bros, and I enjoy going to the occasional bar. I am seeking 2 roommates who are chill, stable, employed, and above all, sane and respectful. I work hard to respect the space and my roommates, and I only ask for the same in return. if you would like to hang out too, then that would be great! I always welcome it! but if we simply respect each others space and distance, then that is all I ask!
