Holland Avenue

The room is the guest room in a twin house on a quiet street. The house has central AC. The tenant would have use of all the amenities in the house – backyard deck, large kitchen, dishwasher, and washer/dryer stack. Second floor bathroom would be shared.

The house is about 10-15 minutes from both the Ardmore train station and suburban square in one direction and about 5 minutes from the Haverford nature trail in the other. It has street access behind the house to Greenfield Ave shopping center as well as a 2 car dedicated driveway.

I am a working professional who splits my time between Philadelphia and Houston. I usually work at home during the week and am generally very easy going and flexible. In my spare time, I generally keep active by cycling.
