Hi! Im looking for a clean, reliable working, DRUG FREE roommate to share my Spring Valley 2bed 2 bath condo. The room is fully furnished and is ready for you to put your stuff in :) It has a big closet and a ceiling fan to keep You cool at night. You would get your own restroom which would only be shared if we have guest over and your own assigned off the street parking. The common areas include the living room and kitchen which you are always welcome to use. There is a laundry room on site and you get easy access to shopping centers, restaurants (walking distance) and freeways. Rent is $825 plus SDG&E a month . Water/Sewage/ Trash and WiFi included in rent. *** Female preferably *** Law Enforcement and military Welcome !
