East Wilshire Avenue

This room is the master bedroom of a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home in Downtown Fullerton. It is a shared room, so there will be one other person in the room. There is a drywall partition down the middle of the room, so there is some privacy. The room is spacious with nice lighting and a big bathroom. There is a full kitchen, front and back patio, laundry on site, and two large living areas. The home is located 1 block from Downtown Fullerton and is near Target, Sprouts, Costco, Ralphs, and some awesome coffee shops. Rent is $560/month plus utilities (gas, electric, wifi…water is included).

There are 4 people total in the home, all women and all Christians. We are a fun group of girls with good communication! Everyone in the home is 26-28 years old and works full time. One roommate is also a Biola grad student. We are all busy, but we love it when we have the chance to hang on the couch and watch a show together. Everyone is good at keeping the common areas clean and doing their part with household chores without having to be told. The only rule we have in the house is that we don’t have guys over past midnight.
