Unfurnished room with a three-door sliding closet and shared bath. There is ample sunlight that enters this space during the day with a large window sill area. There is also a large two-door sliding closet in the hallway which is shared with the same person you share the bathroom with.

Shared space:
Large furnished living room with smart TV. We have Netflix and Hulu.
Private front patio for your plants or gardening. (Large empty dirt patch available)
Kitchen space is shared– you are most welcome to cook/bake as much as you like- full access.
Plenty of pantry space and an extra closet downstairs
Laundry is located on building site ($1.25 wash, $1.00 dry)
Small communal swimming pool

Pets:
Our pets remain in our own rooms at all times.
(Sometimes my cats get midnight zoomies, and so a light sleeper may not be the best match for here!)

We are two professional (F) individuals, both mid 20s looking for a third (F) roommate for our 3 bed, 2.5 bath. We are looking for someone who can clean up after themselves and doesn’t mind joining for the occasional dinner together. (Don’t be a stranger!)
Both of us are not avid drinkers, but we are not against it. We are not smokers but fine with smoking as long as it is done outdoors.
We don’t mind the occasional guest as long as you let us know. Even if it’s a quick “hey! So-and-so is coming over in 2 minutes!” We do, however, prefer an earlier notice for an overnight guest.
