About the room
Hi!
My boyfriend and I are looking for someone to take the second room in our apartment, as our current roommates are moving soon.
The building is right in Downtown Fullerton so there are a ton of things to do nearby.
You will have your own bathroom. Laundry in unit and a balcony as well. We have a collie with us already but the building allows two pets so you could bring one if you like!
Our roommates that are moving out soon are going to be taking the majority of the shared spaces furniture so we’ll have to work on refurnishing the living room and such.
I dont have photos of the room empty and I’m not allowed to attach links here, but if you text me I’d be happy to show you what everything looks like. The building is called City Pointe and I encourage you to check out their website to see what other amenities they have. :)
Rent is $1378, extra fees for a pet if you have one. We split the utilities per person. I believe there is a deposit required but I need to verify with the leasing office on the amount.
About the roomies
About us, we are 22 and 24, I’m in school and work full time in the technical consulting field. My boyfriend is an ABA therapist. Pretty busy most of the time so when we’re home we basically keep to ourselves. We sometimes have one or two people over but nothing crazy as I work early mornings. We like to go out occasionally on weekends around downtown :) For future roommates we just expect you to be timely on paying rent and respectful of shared areas, we’re not clean freaks but a clean environment is preferred.
