Amanda's room

I have a 2 rooms available in my 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse that was built in 2005 near Nike and Intell. The neighborhood is very friendly with an eclectic mix of individuals. I have one carpeted room available April 2024 and one room with hardwood floors and a ceiling fan available in May. Looking forward to connecting with you.

I am creating an amazing nonprofit organization that focuses on cleaning our community, creating unique art while educating members. I am looking to share my home to help me reach these goals. First and last month with small deposit fee. I have a very chill inside /outside cat that is just over 19 yrs. About half of the week I work out of my house/garage (converted to my work space). Roommate qualities I am looking for is someone that is eco conscious, a healthy balance of social and private time.
