About the room
This is the front unit on a cul-de-sac in Huntington Beach close to the freeway. The unit is approximately 1500 sq. feet and we have laundry in side the unit along with work out facilities. This is a quite none party atmosphere. There is a 19 month old German Shepard puppy who also lives here and he is awesome and loving. Bills are covered including internet and TV such as Netflix and Amazon.
About the roomies
The bathroom will be shared with one other female. My name is Chris and I am 50 years old and Robin who rents the other room is about the same age I believe :). We are easy going and drama free and looking for the same,
