These two rooms have a shared bathroom. If you are two friends this is perfect for you!
Utilities usually run about $100 per person, that’s including internet.
You are free to decorate the living room and kitchen as you wish since the two roommates moving out own the living room furniture.
One girl is staying, and will have the master bedroom with her own bath so if you are friends, you won’t have to share a bathroom with someone you don’t know!
Small cats and dogs welcome. Dishwasher and washer and dryer in unit. The apartment is 1400 sq ft in total. All bedrooms fit a queen sized bed. Ample street parking. There is a garage for rent as well. 5 min long walk to Indiana green line station. 15 mins from the south loop on CTA.
There is no security deposit but there is a $50 application fee and a $250 move in fee.
