I have a room available for rent at the IMT at Riata Apartments, just seconds of walking distance to Apple Corporate offices and 7 minutes from the domain.

This is a ground floor apartment with a garden area , 1125sq ft

Move in date Flexible lease needs to be signed by July 1st to avail of cheaper rent Rent of 900 + bills ( Internet (25each) and Utilities ( 30 each depending on season )

Room is 10’5 x 12’2’’ with your own personal bathroom and two closets
Washer and Dryer and Dishwasher included in Apt

29, Female, moved to the US two years ago from Ireland and work for Apple corporate mon - fri. Loves the out doors, keeping fit, eating and cooking. Respectful and like to keep the common area clean I love to joke around and don’t take myself too seriously. I love laughing and making people laugh :) I have one sweet Labrador mix that I got from the shelter and is just about Two years . She’s well behaved and is very friendly with other people and animals. I take good care of here and make sure she doesn’t leave that nasty dog smell around 🐶 Food trucks, live music/ comedy and the outdoor activities are what I love about Austin most 🤓🥳🙃
