A Master Room, ensuite, furnished and utilities included. The pricing reflects per person, no couples. It is available immediately. Nice, clean, furnished, with a shared bathroom between two people. There are 3 bedrooms in the home, with one currently being rented to a young, professional male. The location is close to the 101 and Baseline. All utilities included, water/sewer/trash, electric, internet. Use of shared kitchen, laundry, living room and backyard patio with a table, swing, and lovely fairy lights. Please be respectful of other renters and keep personal belongings in your private bathroom and keep common areas tidy.
HOA fees included and what you get: access to three pools, tennis courts, basketball court, beautiful park with a walking path along a lake.
Redecorating of room is allowed and I will pay for paint if desired.
Lease Details: Month to month but prefer longer term than shorter.
About the roomies
My wife and I just moved out and into a new house just a few streets over, so the other two bedrooms are open and we are looking for other young professional female renters for a peaceful and welcoming home.
