Rooms (4 housemates max): Bed 1: Master room, 2nd floor, en-suite bath $850 Bed 2: 2nd floor, shared bath w/one other floor mate $725 Bed 3: 2nd floor, shared bath w/ one other floor mate $750 Bed 4: basement, private bath $825

Rent Includes: Utilities (Electric, Gas, Central Air, Heating Water) Internet/Wifi Laundry W/D Fully Equipped Common Areas: Kitchen, Living room, Dining area, Backyard (the current furnishings are from previous owner but new furnishings to be in place upon move in)

Rooms typically come unfurnished but you may have the option of having a furnished room for a fee. Please inquire by email.

Notice to potential tenants: LGBT friendly. No couples may purchase one bedroom. Cats on case by case basis in tenants room only with non refundable pet deposit. No smoking inside home. There’s a 6 month minimum lease requirement, however, you must notify property manager 30 days in advance should you decide to end your lease early. 1-month rent security deposit will be required. Proof of employment or current enrollment in school must be provided. If unable to provide this, a background check may be obtained and cost added to first months payment.

No roomies in home currently. Prefer mature students or professionals. Let me know if you’d like to rent with friends.
