The master has a walk-in closet and an attached half bathroom. The apartment in total is 1,000 square feet with a roomy kitchen. Washer and dryer in stairway right outside the kitchen door (not coin-op). Garden level and energy efficient windows for energy savings year round. Next to Safeway, and behind the fence is a beautiful walking path. Large quiet courtyard and plenty of privacy. 2 miles north of CU campus, along 28th Street. Management is very relaxed and other residents are quiet and friendly.

Sean and I have lived here for one year so far. We plan to stay for two more. We’re both students at CU in science and engineering. We’re very clean and organized people, and eco-friendly. Lots of homemade tortillas and salsa and we’re willing to share! Usually, we’re busy with school and work, but in our free time we like Animal Crossing and hiking.
