I’m a 31 year old female in need of a roommate asap! It’s a two story coach house in Logan Square, just off the 606. The upper floor is a renovated attic space that is now a very large bedroom with a closet and private full bathroom. There is also a door off the room leading to a small deck outside.

The apartment is two bedroom, two bath. The kitchen/living area isn’t huge but everything was just recently renovated and very nice. New bathrooms, SS appliances, dishwasher, A/C. It has a yard and the basement has coin laundry and storage space. Street parking. Neighbors are cool, landlord is also cool, would just need credit and background check. Your part of the rent would be $750 (plus utilities). The lease will be up in September.

I’m a tattoo apprentice/Uber driver who keeps odd hours, but I’m not a partier or heavy drinker, I loathe drama, I’m clean and easy-going. Love movies and board games and plants and the outdoors.

Also, you absolutely must love animals. I have two cats (male, older adult, front declawed) and an elderly cockatiel. I used to be a veterinary technician, I take good care of all my creatures, and I’m very active in the rescue/adopt community. I may be adopting a dog to then train as a therapy/service dog in the next few months.

The apartment is pretty much all furnished (big couch, little table, coffee table, etc) though there is room for bedroom furniture, king bed, a couch and more in the bedroom.

Looking for someone to move in by March 1st, I’m sorry I cannot fill the room later than that.
