Large studio 400 sq foot room with large walk in shower and walk in closet in Nice Cozy home in Lago Vista. Beautiful lakeview deck 2 minutes from lake/park/pool. Two large indoor dogs, 1 cat and 6 chickens on property. Your 1 dog is fine if friendly with other animals on site. Excuse pics, room currently being used for storage. Additional utility cost for a couple.

55yr. old enjoys gardening, physical activities, and working on a variety of projects and hobbies. Have 2 large friendly dogs a cat and that are a big part of the household as well as 6 chickens in backyard. If you are not a dog/animal lover, this is NOT the place for you. Atmosphere is quiet and relaxing for the most part. No big parties here but occasionally small get togethers. Looking for like minded roommate. No smoking in home.
