Property: It’s a 2 story 3bd/2.5ba condo a nice, quiet, gated, family-friendly complex with driveway parking space available to the new tenant, plus plenty of guest parking. Its close to downtown and MJC and within walking distance from several restaurants, bus stopa, and a grocery store. There’s a pool (closed due to rona) and the condo has a small backyard.

The common areas (living, dining room) are currently furnished with the current occupant’s furniture (so you wont need to buy a sofa or dining set or anything). The place comes with a dishwasher, an in-unit washer and dryer, and central heating and air.

There is a large open-top cage in the living room with 2 guinea pigs which doesn’t look totally cute so if you aren’t into guinea pigs in a common space this is something you’d want to be aware of.

You’ll be renting your choice of one of two upstairs 120 sf bedrooms with your own dedicated hallway bathroom.

Only other tenant is me. I’m a 25 year old woman with a full time job. I’m friendly and value open communication between roommates. I can sometimes be messy when I’m occupying a room (while cooking or crafting or doing yard work or whatever) but I pick up after myself daily and keep the common areas tidy. I’m somewhat of a shy homebody naturally, but especially now due to rona. I generally keep to myself but I’m not anti social. Kinda nerdy and play video games, do art, and workout in the common spaces. I am LGBT friendly and cannabis friendly but prefer no smoking inside unless its a vape. No parties or hard drug users. Looking for someone similar. :)

Also, I keep a pretty reasonable schedule and am usually up and about 7am-11pm.
