Cassie & Nathan's room

This room is practically its own upstairs master located away from all other beds and common areas. It includes a private bath with tub and shower and a walk in closet. In order to get to it you have to walk across a sky bridge from the upstairs living room to your door. It is NOT furnished currently despite the pictures!

The home has an abundance of common living space. 3 living rooms (2 downstairs and 1 upstairs), and a very comfortable backyard oasis with covered patio and turf. There is also a modern kitchen with plenty of storage space for anything you might want to bring along to cook with.

There is a 3 car garage and driveway. Plenty of space to park, and using the garage can be discussed if you would like.

All utilities included (electric, high speed internet, and water).

Some common house rules would be to help keep the common areas clean / tidy (especially the kitchen) and be respectful of the others in the home later in the night.

I am a young professional working in the tech industry as a consultant. I work from home and spend most of my time in my private room or the downstairs common area.

There is one other roommate (a young guy in his early 20s) currently renting one of the other rooms.

We are both somewhat tech nerds and spend a fair amount of time on the computer, but also enjoy socializing.
