South Dobson Road

I have recently purchased a beautiful 3-bed, 2-bath townhouse near Dobson Ranch in Mesa, Az. I am looking for someone to occupy one of the bedrooms with a shared bath. The house has hardwood floors and comes with all kitchen appliances, washer, dryer, and central heating/cooling. 2 parking spots and a community pool are available within the property. The room is unfurnished.

The house is close to Mesa Community College, and about 10 minutes by car to ASU. There are many wonderful shopping areas close by, including the Asian market, AZ International marketplace, Lotus International market and LA Crab Shack :) It is at walking distance to the Dobson Ranch, which is like a beautiful oasis in the middle of the desert. It is a wonderful place to go for a run or biking.

We are looking for a graduate student or a working professional to occupy the third room. We prefer roommates who are not loud and do not smoke any substances and keep common areas (including bathroom) clean. We are open to people of all genders (LGBTQ friendly) and races (BIPOC friendly).

Monthly rent: $600 (utilities not included) Security deposit: $500 Utilities (electricity and wifi) would be shared equally among all residents. Lease is month-to-month. 30 days notice is required before moving out. Move-in date: August 1, 2020 (earlier move-in date negotiable)

The house is currently occupied by two PhD students from ASU. One PhD student lives in the master bedroom with his spouse and the other (female) lives in the other bedroom and will share the bathroom with you.
