I have a room for rent in a 3 bedroom,1 bathroom house on the west side hilltop area. The house is furnished but the room is not. All utilities are included except water. There is internet and a washer and dryer available to use. (Full house privileges). You’re going to want to get a window airconditioner for your room. There are no screens on the windows, so flies and gnats are an issue. Ants come in when it rains. I get the whole house treated 4 times a year by terminex. The outside perimeter and interior. So, I rarely see a roach and there are no bed bugs here, never has been. Oh, but we have pigeons in the attic. The house is located in the ghetto, if you’re not familiar with Columbus. However, we have some good neighbors here and we all kinda look out for eachother. I’ve lived here for about a year and a half on a month to month lease and I’m not bothered for the most part. However the doors are always locked. I, personally, don’t partake in the 420 friendly craze, but I don’t care if you do. It seems like more people do than don’t anymore. However, I’m not friendly with any other substances in my home. I do smoke cigarettes. I have a kitten and welcome your pet as well, at no extra charge.

Right now it’s just me living here. I’m a 49 year old female. Yep, it’s just me and my kitten. I’m considering renting out the 3rd room too. For now, I’m just goin with the flow. See who’s interested and take one personality at a time. If you choose to move in, you would definitely be taken into consideration and have a voice as to who may or may not move in. We’ve gotta have a good fit if we’re all going to live here together. Money is important, don’t get me wrong, but not at the cost of serenity.
