Larger room with bay window. Private full bathroom with tub and shower. Designated parking spot of your own. Smaller backyard, but not tiny. Washer/Dryer. The townhouse is conveniently located near grocery stores, banks, and gas stations.

I will be the only other person living in the home. I currently have one kitty. I have lived here for about 28 years and I still enjoy my home and the area. The house 100% fragrant free. The room is unfurnished, however, we can work on having it furnished if needed.
