Irving Avenue

I recently purchased this home and I’m in the process of updating a few features. The upstairs space for rent is a suite with large master, walk in closet and separate small living area. House is a 1.5 bath. Right next to Harmondy park and minutes from the highway. All of Cleveland is within a 20 min drive.

I have a small dog and cat who are very old and chill. They do shed quite a bit though. I work a M-F typical 9-5 hospital job. Typical sleep routine consists of bed time around 11 and wake at 6. I keep a tidy, quiet, and minimally furnished home. Some of my personal hobbies include cycling, running, swing dancing, and learning to play the piano.
