Bedroom has is double windows, located at the back of the house (very quiet and private with good sunlight). It has a queen bed, a large closet, overhead storage, a four-space cubby, a small shelf for plants / books, wall shelves, and a night stand. Solo AC unit for the room is included.

The apartment is a quaint upper east side low rise - mid-block location and faces away from the street (so it’s super quiet). There is a comfortable living room and spacious separate kitchen, with a good-sized bathroom. The two bedrooms are winged and far from each other so there’s tons of privacy! It’ll come mostly furnished, with a bed frame, storage units, air conditioning, etc. The rest of the apartment is also going to be primarily equipped - but still room for you to add your personal touches!

Both my roommate and I are out of the apartment at the moment. We are both very clean and have the apartment in great shape for anyone coming to live here!
