East 7th Street

Hi! I am looking for a female roommate replacement to move into the second bedroom in my great East Village apartment. The extremely sunny room has a whole wall of windows that face south into the backyard of neighboring buildings- so there is very little street noise! The room isn’t huge but currently fits a queen bed, large dresser and night stand comfortably and has a built in air conditioner and ceiling fan. The bedroom is unfurnished but the rest of apartment is fully furnished and very comfortable. The common space is an open concept with a great kitchen and lots of storage. The building also has an elevator, laundry, and a bike storage room. I am an exceptionally clean/neat and friendly woman in my late 20s and am looking for a similar person to resign a year lease with.
