Hi Everyone!

I am moving out of LA soon and I’m looking for someone to move in to my bedroom in a two bedroom house. Move in is available ASAP, date is flexible though. You will be living with one other mid-20s female named Alex! You will be taking over a lease that ends in February 2021.

It is a small two bedroom / one bathroom house with lots of character, located right off of Wilshire Blvd in Santa Monica. Very close to things like UCLA, Third Street, and down the street from a 405 entrance/exit. My private bedroom has lots of natural light, beautiful wood floors and all white walls as well as a good amount of closet space.

There is a full kitchen with walk-in pantry and a breakfast nook. Large living / dining room area. Backyard with room for a long dinner table or lounge furniture. Shed outside for storage boxes. Free laundry onsite. One parking spot available, but also plenty of permitted street parking. The surrounding neighborhood is right next to Wilshire Blvd with lots of restaurants, a Whole Foods across the street and you would be living right behind a Trader Joe’s! Rent is $1,373 + utilities, deposit is $1,000.
