Hello, I’m looking for a roommate to fill the other bedroom in my Bethel CT house (it’s a house not a townhouse like in the listing) hopefully on a long term basis. I have two cats that are shy, but very friendly when they get to know you. You’ll have a private room, but all other space is shared (kitchen, living room, bathroom, basement, screened in porch and yard). All utilities are included; there is Internet, but I don’t have tv service. Washer and dryer are set up in the basement. You can use the dresser in the room and I have a spare twin size bedframe if you need it. If you don’t have any furniture we can work on getting this room furnished. The kitchen table is coming. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the downtown Bethel. A little about me: I’m not a neat freak, but I like to keep the house clean. Any visitors I have are usually respectful of noise and property, and I hope yours are the same way. I’m a full time worker hoping to go back to school part time by fall. I go to the gym regularly, but there’s enough floor space that you could do your exercising from home if you wanted to. Food I cook will usually be shared unless I don’t think it’s not all that great. I’m good about sharing space and the remote (until you turn on lifetime movies or realty tv shows - in which case I’ll probably find something other to do..)
