I am a single woman who is liberal, mostly tidy and lives with 1 well behaved kitty. I work in the events industry and like to relax at home at night with occasional friends over for dinner. I prefer low key renters as I think that will be the best fit. I am not uptight but prefer that public spaces be kept tidy although I do have a couple of piles because I am human. You are welcome to use all common areas of the house but you will have your own private room, bath and sitting room as well. Lots of extra storage too. Rooms can be rented furnished or unfurnished.
