Looking for a roommate for immediate occupancy.
The apartment is at 85 Madison. 2 Bed 2 Bath (your room and bathroom pictured in the photos). Full rent is $3000 but I’m covering $1800 so you won’t find a deal like this for such a nice apartment anywhere else in Hoboken!

About the roomies
I’m a 35yr old male but I’m open to living with a male or female of any age. I like to play videogames, watch TV, listen to music, play board games, do arts/crafts, zog sports. I’d prefer to find someone to genuinely be friends with but I’m okay if we just occupy the same space and keep to ourselves. I only ask that you respect the common space and keep things clean.
