About the room
Hi! My roommate backed out of our lease one block from campus for the cheap price of $373/month. Looking for someone to take over the lease for my roommate. Rent is $373/month in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. You’d be sharing a room with me (a gay man). My friend (a straight girl) would be living in the other room.
Lease is for July 24 this year to July 24 next year, but no rent is due until September.
It comes with parking, and electric/internet are separate. Within walking distance of campus. We also have all furniture, kitchen/cleaning supplies, decorations, bathroom stuff, etc. so the only things you would need to bring are anything you’d want for yourself and/or the room.

About the roomies
I’m David, 19, a gay man, and you’d be sharing a large room with me (the room is made for 2 people, with 2 closets/space for 2 beds/etc). I’ll be a junior studying Social Work.
She’s Libby, also 19, and she’ll be in the other room. She’ll be a sophomore studying Human Biology.
