Brand new three story home built last year! The home and room is completely furnished and very comfortable. There is AC and garage storage available. The bedroom has its own bathroom as well. The garage also has a gym.

We are a couple who own the home. We both work full time and also go to school part time. We’re very active and are always finding new ways to stay busy, especially now. I’m am engineer and me girlfriend works in health care. We’re open to meeting anyone interested in the room and see if we all vibe. I think the main concern for us is wanting rent the room to someone who is being safe with COVID and doesn’t have a job or hobby’s that are high risk. Cats or dogs are welcome if they are house trained.
