I’m Richie, 39. I get along with everyone and I always keep a clean place. I work in aerospace engineering and I have pretty eclectic interests. I chill a lot and, the common area is roomy. My friend is moving into a serious relationship, so the move in date is either partial rent from 9/15 or full rent starting 10/15. We would split internet and electric evenly. Rent is monthly from the 15th to the 15th of each month. The year lease is from 3/15-3/14. I am reasonably pandemic precautious and would expect the same habits from a roommate prospect.
