I am renting a room in my house its is on month to month. Down town long beach. Female preferred. Need some one is is motivated and not lazy must have a good attitude. Be able to support your self.

There are other who live here some times we like to have fun its not always quiet here we enjoy having fun were looking for some one who will fit in and be apart of the house chores do need to be done so if your lazy this is the wrong house I dont want dead weight .
