I can furnish the room for you for an extra $75/mo which includes a Queen Bed, Mattress, Smart TV, and TV Stand. Bed Linens not provided.

Covid Safety Measures: Spray bottles with hospital grade disinfectant are located in all common areas, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. To limit recycled air contact, the home furnace and A/C are scheduled to heat and cool home while everyone is at work and less when everyone is home.

The home has 10 bedrooms and 7 full baths. Located halfway between Birmingham and Royal Oak. Currently, there are 2 rooms available.

The rent ranges from as low as 650/mo. to 850/mo. depending on which room you pick or is available. We split utilities so they are pretty cheap. Male or Female is fine, as long as you are clean.

GREAT LOCATION: 1 min walk to Woodward for lunch, dinner, drinks. Nightlife and Shopping are also extremely close. The house is halfway (2 miles either way) between Downtown Birmingham and Downtown Royal Oak, $5 Uber ride to either place.

The home is protected with security. Front and back doors auto lock behind you and have entry access with a keypad.
