Walking distance to many other retail and food places - NOT on busline Rent is 185.00 per week (deposit of 185.00), includes all utilities, even comcast cable and wireless internet. Will give discount if paid monthly. Room has queen bed with new linens, night stand, dresser, bookshelf, large flat screen TV, mini fridge with separate freezer, microwave, coffee pot, two windows with new mini blinds, new ceiling fan, lamp on side table, large closet, private lock to room. Rent also includes use of the kitchen (and all dishes, glasses, pots, pans, etc), laundry and large livingroom. Rent does NOT include any consumable products. Bath is shared with 2 other tenants - and cleaning is shared. House has central air/heat, replacement windows, large back yard with privacy fence and grill. 90% of the time it so quiet that you wouldn’t know anyone else was here. We are laid back people – don’t stress over much - so no drama. Must be respectful of others - everyone here gets along very well and it’s a happy and quiet environment. No using druggies or sloppy drunks whatsoever - we are 420 friendly and you can drink - I just don’t need people that can’t handle what they drink - I hope that’s clear. Must also be quiet in room after 9 pm - just no loud music or thumping around. SINGLE MALES ONLY - dads with visitation (even overnight on weekends) is ok - NO COUPLES - don’t want the drama. IF YOU ARE A FEMALE - PLEASE DO NOT CALL. Being that it is a shared bath I can choose to only rent to males. Please no pets - I already got two - they both stay in the downstairs basement area with me. MUST CLEAN UP AFTER SELF IN COMMON AREAS and keep room fairly clean (we have no bugs and I dont want any so empty trash and no dirty plates stashed in your room) - maid service is not included.

No lease or credit check but will need to see an ID and proof of income. I will check for unlawful detainers if you have had more than 2 in the last 5 years - dont waste your time or mine.
